This extra wide garage was moved down Main Street from east to west Friday afternoon (June 25th). There was so little space on either side, the garage was maneuvered from side to side to avoid individual parked vehicles with just inches to spare.
On a trip to Vera Monday afternoon (June 21st), noticed water was nearly blocking Memorial Road after all the heavy rains in the Collinsville vicinity in recent weeks.
These hot air balloons appeared to have lifted off in the vicinity of the Herald Elementary School, Thursday evening, June 24th. This view is facing west on 126th St. North just west of Hwy 169.
The Collinsville Fire Department quickly extinguished a small dumpster fire in the alley behind the School Admin. Offices Thursday (June 24th).
This will be the summer time view of the existing Middle School buildings ... now that the Media Center & Cafeteria have been removed. Construction of the new building will begin sometime after bids are let in August. This view is facing southeast from 14th and Center.
