The Screaming Eagles (along with their coaches L-R: Larry Eberle, Kenny Dunagan and head coach Donnie Whisenhunt), pose with their trophies after their second place finish Sunday Aug 1, 2004 in Blue Springs, Missouri.
The Screaming Eagles first won their 26-team pool with the following victories:
2-0 Outkasts (Indiana)
1-0 Northern Polars (Minnesota)
1-0 Elk Grove Heat (Illinois)
6-4 Tornados (California)
8-0 Outkasts (Indiana)

The Eagles then played in the finals and won their first game:
3-2 Olathe Rockets (Kansas)

Before losing in the championship game to a nearby Tulsa Team:
0-5 Mavericks (Tulsa, OK)

Collinsville's Kelli Dunagan pitched all but three innings and had a perfect game (in the 1st game against the Outkasts) and later a 1-hitter.
